In this short note, we wish to talk briefly about stress, a natural reaction of the organism in the attempt of the individual to respond to something he/she knows a little or not at all and to cope with a psychological state that he/she won’t be able to address individually. Feeling stress is not bad. It’s an automatic reaction of the organism. Feeling excessive stress or feeling stress very frequently and for a long period of time or having difficulty to control the stress you’re experiencing, that might be a condition which needs attention. In this case, the contribution of an expert could provide you with useful advice for its effective management.

The symptoms – physical and emotional- and the degree of their manifestation vary from person to person. Similarly, the reactions of the people who experience stress could vary accordingly. Others feel nervousness, others feel they are not able to do anything, others take action and appear to have high degrees of activity. All these are anticipated reactions to stress. To some people stress may function positively by activating the motive of achievement.
